I liked the place, it was clean & the staff were very nice and helpful. My double room with a big bed was quiet. Perfect location, the private parking was available. Finally, the hotel's restaurant was pleasant for breakfast. The service was great in my opinion. The pool on the premises was lovely❤

The staff at Hotel Moulay Yacoub are very nice and accommodating. It's a relaxing and comfortable place to stay. I would definitely use them again on my next visit.

Quiet rooms with a big bed, such great stay! Climate control, a mini bar fridge, and a work desk in the bedroom.

Would love to stay here again, the hotel met all required needs. The venue is wonderful and relaxing, its location is spectacular, near to azrou and a garden and the center. Lovely and great staff in my hand and subsequently in the hands of three staff members, everything is perfect. The venue has the restaurant for breakfast❤

Nothing to dislike.

Ideal spot in the heart of the action, a refreshing pool to enjoy. the triple room comes with a large comfy bed. 🏊‍♂️.

The hotel didn't give us the information of the local bus to Fes. Maybe they misunderstood for a hotel bus.

The staff was rude. there was no lights and water. We were coming from a very long train journey, and was with a baby. The next day, I couldn't bath as there was no water. The staff was not willing to even consider our complaint as being valid. The room for a family was not what we expected. It was one queen size bed, with sofa beds in the tv room. This was not explained well on the site. stay away from this hotel.

This place has a lovely building with a perfect location next to the valley, surrounded by beautiful grounds and mountains, right in the heart of the city.

The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist. the breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious options. the room was cozy and had a comfortable big bed. Free internet access was convenient. the hotel's location was convenient, close to various attractions.

It was quite due to not many holiday makers also the breakfast was brilliant compared to our 4 days at another hotel

The only thing about this hotel we didnt like was some of the staff espcially on front desk they were rude had no customer relation experience did not know how to deal with a quirey instead got aggressive but generally apart from this incident most of the staff were ok they just need to come out of there shells when people go on holiday they want people to be friendly towards them and cheerful and not reserved
